We are pet-friendly at Woodcreek. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $35/month per pet. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

Application fee $50 per person.  Reservation/administrative fee is $200.  Security deposit ranges from $350 to one month's rent, based on credit, employment history and rental history.  Application and reservation fees are due with application.  Security deposit is due at move in.

Residents have many payment options available to them.  You may pay online, pay by phone, text-to-pay, or pay in the office.  You may log on to the resident portal and make one-time payments or you may set up automatic drafts from your account.  There are convenience fees of 2.5% for some digital payment options.

Residents pay for water and sewer and $15 for trash each month.  If they choose to buy renter's insurance from our preferred provider, the cost is $14.50 per month.  Monthly pet fees apply for pet owners.

Residents may have guests.  Guests should park in spaces designated for visitors.  Residents are responsible for their guests conduct while on the property.  Residents may have up to 2 guests at the pool at a time.  Guests must be accompanied by residents visiting the pool.
